New and existing clients may schedule appointments via secure client portal for consults, in-person, and telehealth sessions. If you are scheduling an online telehealth session, please contact me prior to your appointment so I can determine your telehealth benefits. Please note that telehealth is not covered by all insurance plans.
I am in-network with Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you have another insurance plan with out of network benefits, I may be able to submit out-of-network claims on your behalf. I also offer a limited sliding scale for those without coverage. Please contact me with any questions. Some insurance or employee benefit plans offer out-of-network benefits. It is up to you to determine whether this is the case for you, but your carrier will be able to provide this information via a phone call. Some important questions to ask might be:
· Do I have out-of-network benefits
· Are mental health visits covered under my policy?
· Do I have a deductible?
· Is there a limit to the number of visits I can receive?
· How much is covered for an out-of-network provider?
· Does my primary care provider need to approve such sessions?

You may pay for sessions with cash, check. or credit card; most clients keep their card on file using a secure payment system (Stripe) and their credit or debit card is charged automatically following the session. I run a paperless practice that features a secure client portal, so clients can update billing and other information as needed.
Please note that I require 24 hours notice for cancellations (outside of true emergencies). In non-emergency situations when no advanced notice is given, I charge a ‘no show’ fee that is equivalent to my contracted rate with your insurer or your full out-of-pocket session fee.
